Video visits that start from your calendar.

One provider, one patient, in the browser. You start the visit from the appointment. The patient taps Join in the patient portal. No app to install, no separate video account, no meeting links to copy and paste.

On the Practice plan and above. 20 hours a month included, 50 on Clinic.

The appointment is the visit.

Set a whole service as a video visit by default, or tick a single appointment as one. When it is time, the provider starts the visit from the calendar in the browser. Camera and microphone are requested right there, and if a camera is unavailable the visit continues as audio only.

  • A service can be video by default, or one appointment at a time
  • Starts in the browser, nothing to install

How the patient joins

A Join button, and nothing else to learn.

The patient opens the MySpark+ patient portal in their browser. When the visit goes live, a Join button appears on the portal home screen. No download, no account to create, no meeting ID. And they are told it is a video visit in advance: the confirmation email says so, the reminder says so, the text message says so, and the calendar invite carries the portal link instead of your street address.

  • Join button on the portal home screen when the visit goes live
  • Confirmation, reminder and text all say video visit
  • Switch a booked visit and the patient is notified of the change
Hi Dana! Reminder: your video visit with Maya is tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Join from your patient portal.
Do I need to install anything?
Nope. Open the portal and tap Join when it lights up.
Chart while you talk

The whole record, beside the visit.

Open the patient record during the call and it docks beside the video instead of covering it. Update their details, write notes, complete a SOAP note, or book the next appointment without leaving the visit. It is the same record you use everywhere else in MySpark+, so nothing has to be copied over afterwards.

  • Notes and SOAP written during the visit, not from memory after it
  • Update patient details and book the next appointment mid‑call
  • The video makes room for it rather than being covered
